DeWeese Health Center is excited to offer sports physicals to our local school districts this summer. We will be offering the sports physicals at our cash price of $50 per person (no insurance billing) and will be available for students who are 16 years or older. 

We will offer sports physicals from May 1st, 2024 through July 31, 2024.
