College of Education, Health and Human Services

The College of Education, Health and Human Services (EHHS) offers 18 undergraduate programs, 24 graduate degrees, and 13 doctoral programs. Graduates go on to serve as leaders in wide variety of fields, ranging from education, counseling, and health care to hospitality, recreation, and sport.

School of Health Sciences

The School of  Health Sciences supports programs in Athletic Training, Exercise Science/Physiology, Health Education & Promotion, Integrated Health Studies, Nutrition & Dietetics and Speech Pathology & Audiology.

A bike rack in front of the Kent State Hotel and Conference Center was the result of a public art project in downtown Kent.

School of Foundations, Leadership and Administration

The School of Foundations, Leadership and Administration supports programs in Cultural Foundations, Education Studies, Evaluation & Measurement, Higher Education Administration, Hospitality Management, Educational Leadership K-12, Recreation Park & Tourism Management, Sport Administration, Sport & Recreation Management, and Sport Studies.

In August of 2014, the Computer/Technology Endorsement licensure program received national accreditation from the International Society for Technology in Education.

School of Lifespan Development & Educational Sciences

The School of Lifespan Development and Educational Sciences (LDES) supports programs in American Sign Language/English Interpreting, Counselor Education & Supervision, Educational Psychology, Instructional  Technology, Gerontology, Human, Development & Family Studies, Nonprofit Studies, Nursing Home Administration, Rehabilitation Counseling and School Psychology, and Special Education.

School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies

The School of Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Studies supports programs in Adolescent & Young Adult Education, Career Technical Teacher Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Early Childhood Education, Literacy Education, Master of Arts in Teaching, Middle Childhood Education and Physical Education.
