TICKET OFFICE OPERATIONS
The Kent State Athletics Ticket Office conducts ticketing for eight of the Golden Flashes varsity sports: football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, gymnastics,wrestling, baseball and indoor track & field. Attendance to all other home varsity events are free and open to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

MAC Center Ticket Office:
Open year-round daily (Monday thru Friday) excluding holidays and days the University is closed
Summer Hours of Operation (June 3 -August 16) 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Normal Hours of Operation: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Dix Stadium Ticket Office:
Open 3 hours prior to kick-off on football game days
ADMISSION
All persons, (with the exception of children age three and under), must have a ticket for the following Kent State University athletic events: Football, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Baseball and Indoor Track & Field.
ADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING
All persons that require ADA accessible seating for ticketed athletic events should purchase General Admission tickets. Assistance will be available to direct the individuals to the proper seating areas upon arrival at the event.
ORDERING TICKETS
1. Walk-up: A customer may purchase tickets at the MAC Center Ticket Office at Kent State University during regular office hours (stated above), provided that the tickets for that sport are on sale.
2. Telephone: A customer may place an order by telephone through the Ticket Office with a Discover, Mastercard and VISA. The credit card will be charged immediately and the tickets will be mailed to the customer 10 days prior to the event. If it is 10 days or less before the event, all tickets will be held at WILL CALL.
3. Online: A customer may place an order online 24 hours a day to order football tickets. Tickets can be left at Will Call to pick up on gameday, print at home, or mailed if ordered 10 days out.
KENT STATE STUDENT TICKETS
Kent State students are admitted FREE to ALL regular season home athletic events with a valid student I.D.
