Make a Flashes’ Food Pantry Reservation
The Flashes' Food Pantry is located in the CARES Center in suite 106 of the Kent Student Center. Students can visit the Flashes' Food Pantry on Fridays during the times listed below.

We've had a significant increase in pantry usage this fall. In an effort to ensure access for as many students as possible, we have made a few changes to our pantry policy. Starting April 1st, students must first complete the CARES Center Food Pantry Request Form. A Pantry Reservation Calendar link will be emailed to students who have completed the CARES Center Food Pantry Request Form with priority given to students visiting the pantry for the first time.

Spring 24 Pantry Dates
- May 10
Summer 24 Pantry Guidelines:
- Students can visit the pantry once a month.
- Students must be registered in at least one course for the summer 24 or fall 24 semester.
- Students must bring a photo ID.
- Reservations can be made for Tuesdays from noon to 4 PM and Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 3:30 PM
- The Pantry Request Form will open at 3 pm on Fridays for the following week. For example, the Pantry Request Form for May 21st and May 23rd will become available on the CARES Center website on May 17th at 3 PM. A calendar link will be sent to students within 24 business hours of completing the Pantry Request Form.

- Students have 5 minutes to shop, leaving 5 minutes for check-out and 5 minutes for the Pantry's team to restock and clean between visits.
- Please remember to be on time. If students are 5 minutes or later their reservation will be canceled.
- Please remember to cancel your appointments if you are unable to come to the Pantry. This will ensure another student can visit during that time.
- Students receive 15 points for dry goods and 10 points for fruits and veggies to use in the pantry.
- There are no walk-in hours available at this time.
