Appointments are Required

Travelers should check the CDC (Center for Disease Control) Travel Information Web Site for up-to-date disease outbreak information for specific areas of travel and additional information about treatment and disease prevention while traveling.
If you are required to have a physical exam or obtain prophylactic medications prior to traveling, you may call 330-672-2322 to schedule an appointment.
