Appointments are Required

Students are encouraged to schedule an appointment with a registered nurse as early as a possible to ensure adequate time is allotted for vaccines that are given in series over a defined period of time.

Travelers should check the CDC (Center for Disease Control) Travel Information Web Site for up-to-date disease outbreak information for specific areas of travel and additional information about treatment and disease prevention while traveling.

If you are required to have a physical exam or obtain prophylactic medications prior to traveling, you may call 330-672-2322 to schedule an appointment. You may be asked to schedule an appointment with a registered nurse before meeting with the clinician. This will allow the nurse to review your physical exam form and/or travel destinations.
