Mental Health Resources

Kent State University and the surrounding Kent community offer a variety of mental health resources for students, faculty and staff.

The College of the Arts is dedicated to the mental well-being of all students, faculty and staff. This resource list was developed in partnership with the college's Diversity Equity and Inclusion Anti-Racism (DEIA) Council, Kent State University's Division of Student Affairs and Kent State Psychological Services. Many of the listed resources were chosen because they cater to the needs of BIPOC populations.

Resources listed with an * indicate that BIPOC staff are available for counseling or that the facility specializes in working with BIPOC populations.

The following list of recommended services and providers is not exhaustive and will be updated as more information becomes available.
