What is a Postdoc?

Postdoctoral Associates are individuals with a doctoral degree who are engaged in a temporary period of mentored research and/or scholarly training for the purpose of acquiring the professional skills needed to pursue a career path of their choosing. This definition was adapted from National Postdoc Association.
