Yes, the Student Multicultural Center (SMC) provides advocacy, mentoring, guidance, education, and other support services for students of color. Additionally, SMC is a space equipped with offices, student study areas, and lounge open to all to come in, hang out and engage with others. The SMC is located on the second floor of the Student Center, above the Kiva.
The Center for Student Involvement (CSI) houses and oversees the majority of student organizations on campus. The KSU Blastoff, held each fall on the Student Green, offers an opportunity to connect to all student organizations. Each organization will have a representative table to learn more about their organization and members. Be sure to keep an eye out for further information regarding the date, time, and location of this year’s Blastoff. Additionally, the CSI webpage has a great search feature where students can review every current student organization.
Furthermore, students should also utilize the KSU Engage portal to review student organizations. KSU Engage will allow students to gain a better understanding of each organization’s mission, principles, and current members. Please follow the link below to visit the KSU Engage portal.
