Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Alliance (AAAPI-FASA)
The Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Alliance (AAAPI-FASA) is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) within the Division of Human Resources. Our mission is to build and foster a community that promotes AAAPI cultures and values. We are committed to supporting its members’ needs and voices. In collaboration with other initiatives of diversity, equity, and inclusion, we host programs and events, creating sites for empathetic and effective allies.
Latino Networking Caucus
LNC is a Kent State University work group comprised of students, faculty, and staff who have an affiliation or interest in the Latino culture that serves as a common resource and collaborative advocate for the campus administration. It serves as a clearinghouse for issues, events, and activities at KSU; and promotes and supports Latino interest, culture, and needs.

Pan-African Faculty and Staff Association
PAFSA was formed to promote employment, participation in university affairs, and the intellectual contributions of the Pan-African community toward the growth and success of Kent State University.
Spectrum hosts social events, leads LGBTQ+ advocacy initiatives, and maintains a listserv for information pertinent to LGBTQ+ and Ally faculty and staff. Any open-minded individual is welcome to join us, and we want you to know that you are accepted and embraced for who you are here at Kent State.

The mission of the Women of Color Collective is to provide a platform which fosters the professional development, mental wellness, networking and personal growth of women-identifying faculty and staff of color at Kent State University and their allies.
