Andrew Eith
Biography
Chef Andrew Eith is a 2006 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, a 2013 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute’s Hospitality Management program and a 2020 graduate of the Kent State University Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism program. He also holds a culinary arts diploma from the Adolph Kolping University in Münster, Germany. Andrew has almost 20 years of restaurant and hospitality working experience, ranging from local fine dining, hospitals, universities and international hotels. He has held positions in many areas of the hospitality industry; most notably as executive chef, district chef, director of operations and general manager. Andrew loves sharing his passion and knowledge of the hospitality industry with his students.
