- Dr. Marty Jencius selected 2023 American Counseling Association Fellow
- Dr. Cassie Storlie served as 78th President of Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, a division of the American Counseling Association (2024-2025) and served as Treasurer for the American Counseling Association (2026-2027)
- Dr. Salpietro received the ACES Research Award in Counselor Education and Supervision and was a recipient of a NCACES research grant (2024)
- Dr. Yu Pan received the SACES Research Award (2023) and selected as an Emerging Leader (Professional Track) for the AARC (2024-2025)
- Dr. Bruns & Dr. Salpietro received 10K for Building Campus Capacity to Suicide Risk Response from OPCSMH (2025)
- Dr. Cassie Storlie received the NCACES Deanna Hawes Outstanding Mentor Award (2026)
- Dr. Lynne Guillot-Miller was recognized as the “Counselor Educator of the Year” by the Ohio School Counselor Association, 2019.
- Dr. Marty Jencius was Co-PI and awarded a Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) grants for Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 (totaling $410,000).
