EMPLOYMENT PRIOR TO KENT STATE UNIVERSITY:
Kent State is my first professional job. Prior to employment here, I worked as a resident assistant in both Olson and Stopher halls, a summer conference assistant for the first summer of Destination Kent State and eventually as a graduate assistant in the Honors College.
LIKES MOST ABOUT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY:
I don’t know if I could choose just one thing, but I do love how much emphasis Kent State places on undergraduate education. I believe Kent State is constantly pushing the boundaries and taking on bold initiatives to provide students with experiences that will transform their lives toward having a successful future.
ATTRACTION TO KENT STATE UNIVERSITY AS AN EMPLOYER:
Kent State has provided me with immeasurable resources to learn and grow as a professional in the past five years. At the time, I chose to work at Kent State out of opportunity, but I have enjoyed working with my colleagues on staff and others across campus. There is a strong sense of collaboration across campus, and I feel like the work I do has a purpose.
