Kent State University’s Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is seeking nominations for the 2018 Diversity Trailblazer Award and Unity Award for Diversity. The Diversity Trailblazer Award recognizes individuals who have displayed exemplary contributions in the area of diversity to the university community. The Unity Award for Diversity recognizes the contributions of any Kent State unit to areas of diversity, equity and/or inclusion.
Nominations for both awards are due by Friday, Dec. 8, and can be made at www.kent.edu/diversity/diversity-honors.
Honorees will be recognized during the 16th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Thursday, Jan. 25.
