Everyone genuinely seems to care about one another, whether it's staff caring about their students, coworkers checking in to see how your day is going, or just a simple act like holding a door and smiling for someone. Kent State is a community that cares about one another.

ATTRACTION TO KENT STATE AS AN EMPLOYER:

Kent is where I received my undergrad and I loved my experience as a student here. Particularly because the staff and my professors were always so kind and willing to help. I wanted to be part of that same environment and help students like I was to succeed.
