Wellness Your Way Category

Did you know that there is a Tier 2 category called “Wellness Your Way” that encourages participants to describe a wellness activity of their choosing that is not captured by another category and earn points? Examples include training for a 5K, daily meditation, team sports/intramurals, and weekly lunchtime walks.

To earn wellness reward points for your own self-directed or chosen activity, login to your Be Well Solutions portal and click on “Wellness Reward Program” under the “My Wellness” heading. Open the dropdown box for Tier 2 and scroll to the “Wellness Your Way” category. Use the form under the “What to Submit” column to earn 20 points. This form can be submitted twice for a total of 40 points per rewards program cycle.
