To ensure smooth, goal-oriented academic experiences, each CCI undergraduate student is required to complete a 30-minute advising appointment at least once per semester.
We offer a wide selection of scholarships for students who are currently enrolled in the School of Media and Journalism at Kent State. Scholarship awards are based on financial need, academic performance and professional promise as evidenced by your submitted work samples.
All high school seniors who have been admitted to Kent State's College of Communication and Information (CCI) are invited to apply for CCI scholarships. Scholarships open for applications in October, and the deadline is mid-February.
