Kent State University at Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center General Manager David Mitchell has been selected to the Ohio Arts Professionals Network (OAPN) board. OAPN is a member-based organization whose mission is to support and grow the touring Arts & Culture industry in Ohio.
The organization was founded in 1960 as a non-profit professional association that provides a forum for developing business relationships, partnerships and cooperative ventures among organizations that present arts and entertainment programming as well as performers, arts service organizations and artist management agencies doing business in Ohio and nearby states.
Mitchell has served as the general manager of the Performing Arts Center since 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University.
