Financial Aid Disbursement & Student Refund Processing
Student financial aid disbursements & refund processing begins approximately 7 days prior to the start of the semester.
- Spring 2023 - January 9
A refund cannot be issued to a student until their aid has been disbursed to their student account, creating a credit. You can check your student account via FlashLine to see if your refund has been processed on or after January 9th. Standards of Academic Progress (SAP)
Student on an approved Fall SAP appeal will be reviewed for Spring 2023 eligibility after Dec. 22. Visit the Standards of Academic Progress page to:
- View your SAP calculation
- Review the SAP Policy
- Guidance on how to file an appeal and the SAP appeal application
Students who are cited and do not appeal, are denied by the committee, or are not in compliance with the standards will not be eligible for federal financial aid until their academic record is once again in compliance with the Standards of Academic Progress. If you are currently cited but are now meeting SAP standards, you will need to file an appeal for review.
Diploma Pickup (Fall Graduates)
Diploma pick-up for Fall 2022 graduates will be located at 108 Schwartz Center
- Saturday, January 21, 2023, from 9 am - 2 pm
- Monday, January 23, 2023, from 8 am - 5 pm
- Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 8 am - 5 pm
A photo ID or passport will be required.
Remaining diplomas will be mailed on Friday, January 27 from the Registrar's Office to your diploma address (if identified) or permanent address in FlashLine.
