Policy statement. Pursuant to the statutory authority provided to the university by the Ohio General Assembly, all new positions existing or created as of July 1, 2012 and thereafter in the Kent state university college of podiatric medicine shall be unclassified positions. Unless otherwise provided for in this Administrative Code, such positions and the employees holding such positions will not be subject to Chapters 124 and 125 of the Revised Code, agencies 124 and 125 of the Administrative Code, nor will relief under such chapters be available to such employees.
Eligibility. This policy applies to all positions at the Independence, Ohio location of the Kent state university college of podiatric medicine.
