Homecoming Week Mindful Movement

Start your weekend strong by joining us online for a short Mindful Movement class to celebrate the 2020 KSU Homecoming Week and World Mental Health Day.   Energize your body and mind with a short, dynamic yoga session followed by a brief, calming meditation exercise.  This event is open to all students, faculty/staff, parents/families and alumni.
