Debra Ortiz-Pardi serves as a Senior Outreach Manager with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) from the New York Regional Office in Rochester, NY. A seasoned trainer and community educator, she leads prevention education and partnership efforts locally, regionally, and nationally to increase awareness of NCMEC’s services, resources, and programs. Debra’s career in the child safety and prevention field spans over 23 years, presenting to and empowering both youth and adult audiences on prevention resources and skills. Debra’s training and facilitation experience also includes: Kids & Co. Together for Safety, the NYS Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse and Maltreatment Course, and Darkness to Light Stewards of Children.
