March 2022 Social Media Recap

Welcome back, Golden Flashes! We hope you had a relaxing and refreshing spring break and are ready to finish the semester off strong. March was full of exciting content! Take a look at some of our top posts.

Instagram

With warmer weather making an appearance, it’s no surprise that students are spending time basking in the sun! Our top post on Instagram features two students sitting in a hammock outside Taylor Hall enjoying the higher temperatures. 

The Crawford Hall groundbreaking ceremony took place this month and more than 400 people were in attendance! Alumni, donors, students, faculty and staff alike celebrated the breaking of ground for the new home of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship.

The Kent State Golden Flashes Men’s Basketball team won 14 games in a row and advanced to the Mid-American Conference Tournament Championship game!

 

For the first time since 2019, there will be an in-person commemoration to remember May 4, 1970.
