Alexander Moore
Biography
Moore serves as director of the Undergraduate Programs Office and oversees academic advising, recruiting, and retention of undergraduate students. He enjoys helping students discover their academic path and integrates career construction theory into advising.
Moore has worked in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship for 13 years. His prior experience also includes positions as associate university registrar at Kent State University and admissions counselor and honors advisor at Kent State University at Stark.
Moore has been active in the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and the Kent Academic Support and Advising Association (KASADA). In 2019 he presented at the Northeast Ohio Academic Advising Conference. In 2017 he participated in NACADA Summer Institute with a group of advising administrators from Kent State to work on advising learning outcomes.
