In recognition of the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Wick Poetry Center is pleased to announce the installation of the Dear Ukraine global community poem exhibit in the Washington National Cathedral’s Center for Prayer and Pilgrimage.
This partnership with the Washington National Cathedral is the first of its kind for the Wick Poetry Center and Kent State University. The Dear Ukraine installation offers visitors an opportunity to view poems from around the world on the chapel walls and to share their voice in response to the unfolding atrocities of the war against Ukraine and its people.
