BankMobile Disbursements

Schools receiving federal funding under Title IV are required to display their contracts with third party processors of student refunds. Kent State University utilizes BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX Inc. to process student refunds. Select this link for a copy of the contract between KSU and BMTX Inc.

In accordance with Department of Education regulations, we post figures from BMTX, Inc. about this program's annual consideration, participation, and costs. The annual report from BMTX, Inc. for the program year that ended June 30, 2023 can be found here

2015 the Kent State University Board of Trustees approved a 12-year contract with PNC Bank to provide banking services to the university.  Select this link for a copy of the contract between KSU and PNC Bank.
