The Spirit of Women in Business (SWIB) Conference is an annual event hosted by the Kent State University Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship. The conference brings together women from diverse professional backgrounds.
The afternoon breakout sessions will include discussions on:
- Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace
- The Human Elements of HR
- Caregiving in the Pandemic World
- The Entrepreneurial Journey: A Panel Discussion

Registration includes an all-day pass to the event, continental breakfast and lunch.

ROSE CRANE
Crane has 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus in operations, commercialization and acquisitions. She has more than 25 years of therapeutic and consumer drug launch experience. Crane served as president and chief executive officer of Mela Sciences, a medical technology company, and was a partner at Appletree Partners. She also served as president and chief executive officer at Epocrates, where she lead a very successful IPO.
