WELCOME
The Department of Management offers a variety of programs designed to meet your needs. Our department offers three majors, and ten minors for undergraduate students and four graduate certificates for graduate students. There are a wide range of degree combinations to suit your interests whether you want to start your own business, work in a corporation or small business, go into sales, product development or brand management.
Our curriculum provides you with a solid theoretical foundation in your chosen major or minor, as well as exposure to practical applications in your area of study. As such, internship experience is strongly encouraged.

Additionally, the Kent State University Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship offers three different MBA options (in-person, online or executive) and four specialized Master's Degrees in the areas of accounting, economics and business analytics.

SOCIETY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. SHRM’s mission is to advance the human resource profession to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential partner in developing and executing organizational strategy. Joining the KSU student chapter of SHRM provides you with membership in the national organization providing networking, resume advice, job prospects, and career information.
