Daniel Diaz Nilsson (He/Him/Él)

As a first-generation Latine college student, Daniel understands the difficulty of navigating the college process. He knows how overwhelming it can be and the power additional support and resources can have on moving a person from a struggling student to becoming a star and mentor to others. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys time with his wife and daughter and has a goal of finishing a marathon (26.2 miles) in each state of the country (50 in 50).

Tadarrelle is a first-generation African-American college graduate. He brings experience working with persons facing various barriers. Tadarrelle looks forward to empowering and supporting Kent State’s future leaders through strategic initiatives. He is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Interprofessional Leadership at Kent State University. Outside of work, Tadarrelle enjoys spending time with his family, including three dogs.


Dianshe Robinson

Dianshe Robinson (She/Her/Hers)

Dianshe Robinson is a first-generation Junior from Washington, DC, majoring in Exercise Science and concentrating in physical therapy. She aims to form long-lasting connections, grow as an individual, and gain working experience. She desires to become a DPT and help people of all ages recover from their injuries. After college, she plans on joining the Air Force and continuing to further her education. Her job at the DOD office is a wonderful opportunity to open doors for her future dreams and aspirations.
