Appointments

Freshman, Sophomore and Junior level students are required to meet with an advisor each semester until they reach Junior level status. Additionally, new students and students on academic probation are required to meet with an advisor before they can register for classes.

Appointments are conducted in person in 300 White Hall. Students can also meet with an advisor remotely via Microsoft Teams.

To schedule a advising appointment go to KSU Navigate. Please note, you can only make an appointment two weeks in advance. If you have issues making an advising appointment, contact the EHS Office of Undergraduate Advising at EHSadvising@kent.edu or 330-672-2862.

Office Hours are subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur. It is encouraged that you call ahead to check the availability of your advisor.

EHS Advising, now has self check-in for in person advising appointments only. Please check in on the iPad or scan the QR code.

Your advisor will be out to greet you at your appointment time.

• The advisor will accommodate you as best as possible, without compromising the next scheduled advising appointment.  If half of the advising appointment has passed, you will be asked to reschedule.
• You can either follow the link on your email confirmation for your appointment or you can contact the Office of Undergraduate Student Advising at 330-672-2862, or EHSadvising@kent.edu to cancel.
