Bradley A. Bielski, Ph.D., dean and chief administrative officer of Kent State University at Tuscarawas, is leading an initiative to dramatically expand the athletic programs offered by the campus, as well as reinstituting choir and band as credit courses.
Mark Mistur, AIA, will become the new dean of Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design, the only architectural program in Northeast Ohio, effective July 15, 2016. Mistur currently serves as associate dean of the School of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

At Kent State, we want to honor the celebration of our Native American and Indigenous culture by developing a calendar encompassing all the university events that are relevant to Native American Heritage Month. The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
Open Enrollment is from Oct. 16, through Nov. 3.
