A senior fashion design student, Ms. Baskerville’s love for sustainable fashion began after taking an environmental science course during her freshman year of high school. There she learned about Project Greenway, a green fashion runway competition.
Online final grading for Summer 2018 Summer 2 (POT S2) began Thursday, Aug. 2, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any summer 2018 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Any final grades for summer 2018 courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow. These summer 2018 courses will be available in the Workflow on Thursday, Aug. 9.

At Kent State, we want to honor the celebration of our Native American and Indigenous culture by developing a calendar encompassing all the university events that are relevant to Native American Heritage Month. The Native American Heritage Month Planning Committee is welcoming university divisions, departments and student organizations to begin submitting their programming, activities and events to the University Events Calendar to be featured on the Native American Heritage Month Website.
