Latham, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, has been named to the board of the International Committee on Training of Personnel (ICTOP) of the International Council of Museums (ICOM). ICTOP addresses the professional development of museums and heritage and the educational preparation of professionals working around the world.

The Kent State University Museum will present For the Birds from April 13, 2018, to Feb. 3, 2019, in the Stager and Blum Galleries. The exhibition will display fashion and decorative pieces of art inspired by birds. The museum is located at 515 Hilltop Drive on the Kent Campus.

Online final grading for spring 2018 Second 5 Weeks (POT F2) began Friday, March 23, via FlashFAST. Grading also is now available for any spring 2018 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, March 27. Any final grades for spring 2018 courses not reported in FlashFAST by the grades processing deadline will have to be submitted using the Grade Change Workflow. These spring 2018 courses will be available in the Workflow on Thursday, March 29.
