Enjoy a scenic run or walk through the Kent Campus, where the terrain is mostly sidewalks and a few small hills. Funds raised will benefit the College of Nursing Student Emergency Fund, designed to assist Kent State nursing students during times of unexpected dire financial need. Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers.

Candidates for Kent State Columbiana County Campuses Dean and Chief Administrative Officer Announced
Kent State University has announced that three candidates for dean and chief administrative officer of Kent State University's Columbiana County Campuses (Kent State University at East Liverpool and Kent State University at Salem) will be on campus over the next several weeks. Each candidate will hold a public presentation to discuss the following:
For the third consecutive year, Kent State University was tops among nine Mid-American Conference (MAC) institutions with eight student-athletes on the 2017 Academic All-MAC Wrestling Team.
Redshirt juniors Stephen Suglio, of Richfield, Ohio, and Chance Driscoll, Aurora, Ohio, were among just five conference wrestlers to earn the honor for a third time. The Golden Flashes are also the only team with a pair of three-time recipients.

Kent State University was one of 51 schools to compete nationally in Game Day Challenge, the fourth-annual event hosted by the College and University Recycling Coalition, RecycleMania, Keep America Beautiful and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s WasteWise.
