Lala Hajibayova, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, received a fellowship (about $2,000) from the National Science Foundation (NSF), Consortium for the Science of Sociotechnical Systems (CSST), to attend the Summer Research Institute for the Science of Socio-Technical Systems, June 27–July 1, 2016, in Stevenson, Washington.

Please note that beginning July 1, there will be several changes regarding Mail Services operations.
First, the department will have new hours, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., which means Mail Services will open and close a half-hour later than before.
The change also means that many departmental delivery and pick-up times will be a half-hour later than normal, but the new schedule will better align with the U.S. Post Office hours and the university’s business hours.
