Kent Blossom Art Intensives Exhibition reception

KENT, Ohio – The School of Art Collection and Galleries at Kent State University are pleased to announce a new exhibition, the Kent Blossom Art Intensives Exhibition . Featuring the work of visiting artists and resident faculty working in ceramics, glass, painting, and textiles.
The Kent Blossom Art Intensives Exhibition will be on display May 17th – June 9th, 2023, at the CVA Gallery located in the Center for the Visual Arts, 325 Terrace Drive, Kent, Ohio. There will be a reception on Friday, May 26th from 4-6 p.m.
Featured artists include by media: ceramics: Resident Faculty, Peter Christian Johnson, visiting artists, Heesoo Lee and Steven Lee, Glass: Resident Faculty: Davin Ebanks, Visiting Artist: Leo Tecosky and Aya Oki, Painting: Resident Faculty: Shawn Powell, Visiting Artists: Alteronce Gumby and Kelsey Shwetz, Textiles: Resident Faculty: John Paul Morabito, Visiting Artists: Melissa Leandro and José Santiago Pérez.
