Locations

Kent State University runs eight campuses and five additional locations across Ohio, as well as a fashion school in New York City. We also have institutes in Geneva, Florence, Paris and Curitiba plus offices in Beijing, Ho Chi Minh City, Kigali and New Delhi.

Kent enjoys four seasons throughout the year: spring, summer, fall and winter.

State of Ohio: The Heart of it All

Kent is located just a short drive from Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown and Canton. These major cities offer plenty to see and do with access to concert venues, entertainment districts, world-class museums, premium shopping outlets, parks and zoos, and professional sporting events. Nearby you'll also find spectacular scenery with hundreds of miles of trails for hiking and biking, or fishing, boating, canoeing, sailing, and swimming in rivers, lakes and along beaches.

The Golden Location

Kent State’s location in Northeast Ohio gives you the best of all worlds:  a vibrant college town just steps away from campus and several larger cities a short drive away. Looking for peace and quiet? Escape to the nearby Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Ashtabula

Kent State Ashtabula is home to Ohio's only wine degrees program and one of the region's most respected nursing programs. The northern-most campus of Kent State offers both bachelor’s and associate degree programs along the shores of Lake Erie.

East Liverpool

Kent State University at East Liverpool is located in the heart of the city, overlooking the Ohio River. The campus includes Purinton Hall, the Mary Patterson Building and the Locke House, a training facility for occupational therapy assistant students.

Geauga

The Geauga Campus in Burton is the only institution of higher learning in one of the fastest-growing counties in the state of Ohio. Along with the Twinsburg Academic Center, the campuses serve over 2,400 students, providing quality academic instruction in degrees that meet the regional need.

Salem

Kent State University at Salem sits on nearly 100 acres and features a health and science wing, an academics learning commons area, greenhouse, a virtual reality lab and technology to enhance learning. The City Center is a historical building in downtown Salem housing classrooms and an auditorium.

Stark

As Kent State’s largest Regional Campus, Kent State University at Stark is a beautiful 200-acre campus located near Canton and offers more than 25 bachelor’s, master’s, associate and online degrees that can be completed entirely at the Stark Campus.

Trumbull

Kent State University at Trumbull is a 350-acre campus with a two-acre natural resource in Lake Anne. Students can complete more than 25 bachelor’s, master’s, associate, and online degrees or begin coursework toward a degree at the Kent Campus.

Tuscarawas

Located in New Philadelphia, Kent State University at Tuscarawas serves nearly 2,100 students through credit programming and 4,500 served through noncredit courses. Students can complete 11 bachelor's, 16 associate degrees and certificate programs.
