Director, Digital Strategy and Marketing Communications
Laura Andrews is the Director of Digital Strategy and Marketing Communications for Kent State Online, a role she has held since 2017. With over a decade of experience in marketing and public relations, Laura leads data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns that support more than 90 fully online programs across multiple colleges. Her work focuses on digital strategy, brand development, audience engagement, and cross-campus collaboration to enhance visibility and drive enrollment growth.
Laura is certified in digital marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from The College of Wooster, as well as two master’s degrees from Kent State University—one in public relations and another in mass media studies.
