Students in the Flashes 101 class recently took part in a class project at Freedom House, a nonprofit organization in Portage County that helps local, homeless veterans achieve greater self-sufficiency and obtain permanent housing. The project came to fruition when the class voted to reach out to Freedom House. Subsequently, first year student Daniel Morgan contacted Freedom House to inquire if there was anything the class could help them with.
