The legacy and dedication of Connie Espenschied Hess, one of Kent State University at Tuscarawas’ first employees, will carry on after her passing in 2020 with the establishment of a new scholarship that encourages students to be their best. Congratulations to Recreation, Park and Tourism Management alumnus David Williams for being a recipient of the 2023 Ohio Parks and Recreation Association Outstanding Leadership Award winner.
