Macara Hitchcock knew she loved aerial fitness and she wanted to somehow make it into a viable business but did not know how to proceed until she participated in the Black Woman Bosses (BWB) program at Kent State.  BWB, a 10-week cohort program presented by LaunchNET, showed Hitchcock, of Akron, that she was not too young to set up the foundation for her business while she was still in college.
