The Kent City Health Department has notified 42 residents of Koonce Hall, ninth floor, on Kent State University's Kent Campus that they must quarantine until Oct. 16 due to possible exposure to the communicable disease COVID-19. (Warren, OH) The Animal Welfare League (AWL) of Trumbull County and Kent State University at Trumbull are teaming up in October to find homes for sheltered dogs and cats.  The Adopt-A-Dog (or Cat) social media campaign will feature a different dog or cat each day.
