Kent State University has inducted 53 employees into its 20-Year Club Service Awards Program for 2020. The annual awards program, established in 1966, honors classified and unclassified employees who have dedicated 20 years of continuous service to the university. The program celebrates these individuals who reach their anniversary during the fiscal year period, and traditionally holds a special recognition ceremony after the close of the fiscal year. Tuscarawas Engineering Accreditation

Kent State University at Tuscarawas has received official word from the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) that the Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology is now accredited retroactive to October 1. 2018. ABET is a nonprofit, non-governmental agency that accredits programs in engineering and engineering technology, computing, and applied and natural science.
