Project AWARE Kent will be offering an eight-hour Mental Health First-Aid course to students, faculty and staff in an effort to create a network of people at Kent State University who will know how to respond to and are aware of mental health and substance abuse disorders. This past week, the walkways at Kent State University at Ashtabula were lined with thousands of American flags in honor of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11 attacks.
