Gov. John Kasich has appointed Jessica Peck of Valley City, Ohio, to a two-year term as a graduate student trustee of the Kent State University Board of Trustees. A new course during the three-week summer intersession, Campus and Community Gardens, provided Kent State University at Stark students with the opportunity to design, plant, water, weed and harvest a campus garden.
