Ohio is conducting a statewide tornado drill on Wednesday, March 22, at 9:50 a.m. Kent State University will be participating in this test, along with the city of Kent and other communities. Kent State tests the tornado and emergency mass notification system on the first Wednesday of every month at 11 a.m. and on the third Wednesday at 4 p.m. These tests last for three minutes. Kent State University Libraries is introducing three widely used software tools that are used for the collection, organization, citing, use and sharing of information resources that support research. A partnership with Information Services is offering workshops to introduce the three major programs: Zotero, Mendeley and Endnote programs.
