The Ohio Small Business Development Center (OSBDC) at Kent State University at Tuscarawas was recently awarded the 2016 Ohio SBDC Customer Satisfaction Recognition at the November OSBDC Statewide Conference in Columbus. The award is based upon client satisfaction surveys and net provider scores. Paul Dykshoorn, of Alliance, has been named director of the Engineering Technology Department at Kent State University at Tuscarawas. He began his appointment in August.
