  Kent State Geauga student Breanna Pennypacker earned third place in the Perryman Freshman Writing Awards among student submissions from all seven regional campuses. Kent State University student Nahuel Gorostiza, a freshman digital sciences major, is now the United Nations (U.N.) Youth Delegate of Argentina. Voting in Argentina Gorostiza was born in Argentina and lived there until starting college last fall at Kent State. He had always been interested in politics and played an influential role in the recent presidential election in Argentina, which helped him qualify as a youth delegate.
