Campus preparations are underway for Fall 2026 Move-In as thousands of new and returning students arrive on campus soon. Official move-in days will take place from Wednesday, Aug. 19, through Sunday, Aug. 23. Faculty and staff should anticipate increased traffic along main campus thoroughfares, particularly surrounding residence halls. Several parking lots will be reserved exclusively for move-in unloading during peak hours. To support the incoming class, the university is recruiting volunteers for Movers and Groovers and Golf Cart Shuttle drivers.

Whether it is severe weather, a medical emergency, a fire alarm, a hazardous material release, or a security incident, knowing how to respond can make a significant difference in protecting lives and minimizing disruption. Emergency response training provides employees with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and effectively when seconds matter.
