Where can I pickup my package/letter?
Residence hall students have 24/7 access to packages delivered to lockers located in the Eastway Distribution Center. Oversized, (packages that don’t fit in lockers), overflow packages, and mail can be picked up at the Eastway Distribution Center desk . The distribution desk is located right next to the lockers (across from Metro Deli). The distribution desk is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Flowers are Better Than Bullets: An Art-making Experience
Student Allison Krause was interested in art making and art history and loved to paint. She volunteered at a residential facility for those with mental illness and cared deeply about what was happening in the world around her. Inspired by Allison, Kathy Walker, Ph.D., will lead participants in an art making session, exploring their personal thoughts on peace through collage and introducing art making as a practice for improving mental health. Before coming to Kent State, Walker was a practicing art therapist. She is an associate professor in Human Development and Family Science.
Lynn Berk received a B.A. in Social Sciences from The Ohio State University and her M.A. in Speech Pathology from Cleveland State University. She has worked as a speech language pathologist in local schools, and has coordinated and directed summer speech programs for preschool children. Lynn worked in long-term care settings serving stroke, Parkinson, Alzheimer and dementia patients. She developed and published two remedial programs: Testing and Remediating Auditory Processing for preschool and elementary students, and R and L Stories Galore, a remedial articulation program.
