PATHWAYS TO A SEMICONDUCTOR CAREER PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Applicants to the Pathways to Semiconductor Career scholarship program must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Academic Enrollment:
• Be a high school graduate who is either currently enrolled in or intending to enroll in 'Eligible Programs,' as detailed below, within the state of Ohio, with a focus on STEM fields.
• Pursuing any episodic or connual STEM program (credit or non-credit) relevant to the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
2. Eligible Programs:
Eligible programs encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
• Events, Trainings, Seminars
• Summer Programs
• Micro credentials (credit or non-credit)
• Certificates (credit or non-credit)
• Associate degree
• Bachelor’s degree
• Master’s Degree
• Ph.D. Degree
3. Program Focus:
• Program focus may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following areas:
• Electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Mechatronics Technology
• Computer Electronic Technology
• Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Material Science, Gas/Chemical, Environmental/Water Treatment, Mechanical Engineering
• Microelectronics
• Environmental/Water Treatment
• Chemistry-related programs
• Physics-related programs
• OR Other STEM-related programs, excluding those specifically focused on the medical fields.
4. Citizenship/Work Eligibility:
• Be a United States (U.S.) citizen and/or be eligible to legally work in the U.S.
5. Enrollment Timing:
• Scholarships are offered as applications run on a rolling basis.
